The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) issued by the Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS or the System) provides insight into the organization’s services, financial results and investments, which are reported in detail in SCERS’ Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
SCERS prepares an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), which describes the system’s activities, provides complete financial statements, and summarizes investment performance and actuarial funding status. Other relevant actuarial and statistical data are also included. The readers of the Annual Report will find this information helpful in understanding SCERS and its commitment to financial integrity and participant service.
